This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit the website at ezyapp.io, write to us or request a demo. Data processed inside the Ezy app is outside its scope; that is governed by the agreement with your hotel.

For visitors in Türkiye, this text is also meant to meet the duty to inform under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Contact form: your name, your email address, the name of your hotel or company if you give it, and the content of your message.

Demo request: the name and email address you enter when picking a time, the date and time you choose, and any notes you add. The calendar opens in the window of a scheduling service (Cal.com) that works on our behalf.

Analytics data (only if you consent): the pages you visit, the time you spend on the site, your device and browser type, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions such as clicking the demo button. This data is collected through Google Analytics.

Technical records: the infrastructure that hosts the site briefly processes your IP address, browser information and the time of each request, for security and to deliver the service.

Kept in your browser: your theme choice (light or dark) and your cookie choice stay on your own device; they are not sent to us.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not put such information in your messages. The site is aimed at hotel businesses and is not directed at children.

To answer your questions and stay in touch with you (contact form). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling your request, and steps taken before a contract.

To schedule and hold the demo call (demo request). Legal basis: steps towards entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest.

To measure how the site is used and improve it (analytics). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To keep the site secure and working (technical records). Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Your data is collected electronically, directly from you or through your browser. We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

We share your data only with the service providers below, and only as far as the purposes above require:

- Cloudflare: hosting and securing the site - Resend: delivering the contact form message by email - Google Workspace: email correspondence - Cal.com: scheduling demo appointments - Google Analytics: visit statistics, if you consent

Ezy Superapp Inc. is established in the United States, and these providers may keep servers in the United States and in other countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country you are in.

Beyond these, we do not share your data with third parties unless a legal obligation requires it.

We keep contact form messages and demo request records for as long as we need them to handle your request and to stay in touch with you. If you ask us to delete them, we do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.

Analytics data is kept for a limited period under the retention setting of our Google Analytics account and is then deleted. Analytics cookies last up to two years; you can remove them sooner by changing your choice.

Technical records are kept briefly, for our hosting provider's standard periods.

On your first visit you see a card that asks for your choice. Unless you consent, only the necessary items run; analytics and marketing cookies stay off. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Necessary: your cookie choice (ezy-consent) and your theme choice (ezy-theme) are kept in your browser's local storage. When you open the demo calendar, the scheduling service may set its own cookies so the window works and stays secure; the calendar does not load until you reach for a demo button.

Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga to tell visits apart. If you withdraw your consent, we stop measuring and delete these cookies.

Marketing (with your consent): we use no cookies of this kind today. If we add any, they will run only with your consent and we will update this text.

You can ask us to: tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy; correct data that is incomplete or wrong; delete your data or restrict its processing; stop processing you object to; act on the withdrawal of a consent you gave; and tell you who your data has been shared with.

In Türkiye these rights are set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6698; in the European Economic Area, in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Send your request to info@ezyapp.io; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board).
